Florida ID Care provides specialized infectious disease care throughout Southwest
Florida. Our physicians consult at hospitals and rehabilitation facilities across the
region, see patients in our Fort Myers office, and offer telehealth visits — treating
complex infections including bone and joint, bloodstream, wound, and post-surgical
infections, and managing home and outpatient IV antibiotic therapy. We partner closely
with referring physicians and hospital teams to deliver targeted antimicrobial treatment
from diagnosis through recovery.

S K Raman, PA is the infectious disease practice serving post-acute and outpatient settings. In addition to general infectious disease consultation and IV antibiotic therapy, the practice provides care for work-related and accident-related infections, coordinating with case managers and adjusters throughout treatment.
