Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help or contact your clinic at the number they provided. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving treatment. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfering with service operation, or using content in violation of law.
